- ['The Act except the following: (a) provisions of the Act as they relate to (i) the collection of public money, as defined in section 1 of the Financial Administration Act, other than a fine, or (ii) the administration of deposits and securities payable; (b) sections 96 (2), (3) and (5), 97, 98, 98.1, 99 (3), 100, 101.2 – 101.6, 102, 106, 115.1, 141 – 144, 156 (10), 166.29 (2), (3) and (5), 166.292, 168 (2) (f.1), (f.2) and (l) and 168.021.', 'Provisions of the Act as they relate to (a) the collection of public money, as defined in section 1 of the Financial Administration Act , other than a fine, or (b) the administration of deposits and securities payable.', 'Sections 96 (2), (3) and (5), 97, 98, 98.1, 99 (3), 100, 101.2 – 101.6, 102, 106, 115.1, 141 – 144, 156 (10), 166.29 (2), (3) and (5), 166.292, 168 (2) (f.1), (f.2) and (l) and 168.021.']
