Order in Council P.C. 2009–1410 dated August 13, 2009, amending Schedule I.1 of the Financial Administration Act to include the Federal Economic Development Agency for Southern Ontario as a department. Order in Council P.C. 2009–1411 dated August 13, 2009, whereby the department of Industry transferred to the Federal Economic Development Agency for Southern Ontario the control and supervision of the portion of the federal administration in the department of Industry known as the Southern Ontario Regional Economic Branch.
